Compliance
The Compliance Team's goal is to keep consultants performing within Scentsy's standards. If you ever receive an e-mail or phone call from someone on the team, just know they are trying to help you learn how to modify your behavior in order to remain within compliance (of the standards).
I highly suggest you check out the "Scentsy Standards" lesson in the Training Center of your Workstation. You can access the lesson by clicking on the "Training" tab from the home screen of your Workstation, and then click on "Scentsy Standards"; the lesson will pop right up!
The document below is the 36 pages of Scentsy's Consultant Standards broken all the way down. I only included it so that it is always handy for you if you need to reference it for any reason. One reason I have referred back to the standards is to see if I am able to sell on-hand items in a local coffee shop that offered me a day to do so.
