The Lingo

You're going to hear a lot of references to TWV, PRV and numerous other ABC combinations, but what do they mean?!?! Here's your cheat sheet to the Scentsy lingo! You can also find these towards the back of your Consultant Guide.

When you view your Order History tab, you'll see one of the statuses listed here.

If you or a customer need to cancel an order for some reason, it needs to be done while the order is in the "Posted" status. Know that it will likely take an hour or two for an order to transition from "Paid" to "Posted."

You are not expected to be fluent in Scentsy's lingo. I simply include this information so you are being exposed to acronyms that are frequently used by the staff from Home Office and by other consultants. This is a good image to have saved on your phone until you do remember what each one means.
