Recruiting is where you get someone to join your team. Recruiting includes all of the "before" time that you spend with that person to introduce them to the business side of Scentsy.

Recruiting for a person ends when they sign up as a consultant; that's where sponsoring begins!

Sponsoring is where you take the time to personally mentor a new recruit. This will look different for everyone...it can be one-on-one time or providing resources; it's whatever works for you and your new team member!

Sponsoring doesn't have a time frame since it is the continued support that you will be offering to your downline.
