The Queue

For a highly-anticipated product(s) launch, Scentsy will initiate the queueing system on all Scentsy.com websites (i.e. your PWS). This allows for control of how many people are on the system at any given time. The queue prevents site failure ("crashing"), and allows for optimum functionality.

What in the heck is "the queue"??? Scentsy does a great job of breaking it down in the graphic below, but I'm going to tell you just a few things that aren't included.

  1. Initially you aren't given a specific time frame for how long it'll be before you can shop.

  2. Once you do receive a time frame (i.e. "Your anticipated wait time is 43 minutes"), just know that it usually doesn't take as long as they anticipate.

  3. Regardless if you think your screen is frozen or things just aren't happening, DO. NOT. REFRESH!
