First 15 Days Awards

You will learn of many awards that Scentsy offers to consultants, but the very first award that you are eligible to earn is the Shooting Star Award. It is awarded to consultants who sell 500 PRV in their first 15 days as a consultant. Earning the Shooting Star Award makes allows you to purchase the Shooting Star Enhancement Kit (pictured below) for $200. You do earn PRV on the kit, so you will get paid commission off of the purchase. The contents of the kit vary from catalog to catalog, but the value is generally close to $300. The kit is available to you to purchase for $200.

You chose whether you wanted to receive pins or charms for your Scentsy milestones when you signed up to be a consultant. If you can't remember which one you selected, or you just want to review your award preference, follow the following steps: log in to your Workstation > Click on "My Account" > Click on "Account" > scroll down to the "Awards" section. There you will be able to click on "Edit" to make any changes to your current selection.

You'll learn all about the abbreviations used in Scentsy soon, but since I'm introducing PRV now, I'll explain! PRV stands for Personal Retail Volume. Each item that you sell is assigned a PRV value. The commission that you are paid is based on your PRV rather than the dollar amount that you sold. Don't worry if it isn't quite clicking yet, this will be reviewed again!
