Just a quick little bit about me...
My name is Shelley Dunham, and I am a Director who joined in August of 2016. You seeing my face on this site was NEVER the plan for me when I joined Scentsy. My plan was to get paid on my purchases and that's it. I specifically remember telling my mom, who is also my sponsor, that I never planned to build a team or go to events. I can tell you that I have not kept my word on either of those things. I can't wait to get to know you more as you continue to grow your business!
My hope is that page is going to be a huge resource for you. Make sure you go through each section in its entirety. There are also checkpoints throughout the training that give you an opportunity to share any questions, feedback, or additional information with me.

Who do you contact?
The person who you signed up under is your Sponsor. If you aren't sure who that is, you can find their contact information on the very first e-mail that Scentsy sent to you when you signed up. Your Sponsor is always your first point of contact with questions. If you are unable to get information from your sponsor, you would then contact your Director. In the unlikely situation that you would not be able to get information from your Director, you would then contact your Star Director, then Super Star Director.
